Texte On 10 December 1990, the Commission of the European Communities sets out the comments, article by article, on its draft treaty revising the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community with a view to the establishment of an Economic and Monetary Union. This working document is aimed at the forthcoming Intergovernmental Conference.
