Conclusions of the Luxembourg European Council: extract concerning Economic and Monetary Union (12–13 December 1997)
Texte On 12 and 13 December 1997, the Luxembourg European Council decides that the Ministers of the countries participating in the euro zone may meet informally among themselves but emphasises that, whenever matters of common interest are concerned, these are to be discussed by the Ministers of all the Member States.
