Texte Le 10 octobre 1996, Dariusz Rosati, ministre polonais des Affaires étrangères, prononce à l'Institut royal des relations internationales (IRRI) à Bruxelles un discours dans lequel il retrace notamment le chemin parcouru par la Pologne entre la chute du mur de Berlin et sa demande officielle d'adhésion à l'Union européenne en 1994.
