European Parliament Decision on the giving of a discharge to the Commission for the financial year 1974 (14 December 1976)
Texte The Treaty of Luxembourg of 22 April 1970 grants the European Parliament the power to give discharge to the Commission — jointly, with the Council — in respect of the implementation of the budget of the European Communities. This Decision shows Parliament’s application of its prerogative.
