Texte On 31 October 1962, the minutes of the conclusions of the 212th meeting of the Council of Western European Union (WEU) outline the discussions held in the Council on the WEU Parliamentary Assembly’s Recommendation 77, which concerns the future organisation of Western defence on the executive and parliamentary levels, and confirm the French request for an amendment, which is taken into account for the drafting of document C (62) 151.
