OSCE Summit Document (Lisbon, 2-3 December 1996)
Texte Meeting in Lisbon on 2 and 3 December 1996, the Heads of State or Government of the participating States of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) adopt the Lisbon Declaration on a Common and Comprehensive Security Model for Europe for the Twenty-First Century and emphasise the importance of the work of the Forum for Security Cooperation (FSC) with regard to arms control.
