Texte At the Annual Press Conference held in Brussels on 7 February 2002, Philippe Maystadt, President of the European Investment Bank, reports on the Bank's 2001 activities and outlines perspectives for 2002. In his speech, he also emphasises the importance of the various institutional changes affecting the Bank, introduced with a view to fulfilling its objectives more effectively.
