Statement by José Manuel Barroso on the financial perspective 2007–2013 (17 December 2005)
Texte In his statement made on 17 December 2005, José Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission, expresses his satisfaction at the securing of an agreement between the Heads of State or Government on the financial perspective 2007–2013, even if this agreement does not include all that was hoped for by the Commission.
