Text En février 1950, répondant aux sollicitations du Mouvement européen pour contrecarrer les critiques américaines sur les lenteurs du processus d'unification européenne, le comte Carlo Sforza, ministre italien des Affaires étrangères, rappelle les nombreux défis du processus d'intégration européenne et évoque les réelles difficultés qui l'accompagnent.
