Text In a note dated 22 May 1963, the Secretary-General of Western European Union (WEU) circulates the reply by the WEU Council to Assembly Recommendation 85 on standardisation and interdependence in the production of armaments. The text is identical to the proposal made by the French delegation on 14 May 1963 (C(63)53).
