Report by the WEU Assembly on the operational links between NATO, WEU and the EU (9 November 1998)
Text On 9 November 1998, on behalf of the Defence Committee, Armand De Decker submits a detailed report to the Assembly of Western European Union (WEU) on the organisation of operational links between the Atlantic Alliance, WEU and the European Union, to encourage the strengthening of cooperation between these three organisations.
