Report by the Committee on Constitutional Affairs on the composition of the EP (3 October 2007)
Texte On 3 October 2007, in a bid to ensure that the European Parliament to be elected in 2009 will involve a transition from the present situation to that which will result from a more stable system based on degressive proportionality, the Committee on Constitutional Affairs submits a report on the composition of Parliament.
